Asphalt Driveway Repair Providence Road Island

  Pro Paving specializes in driveway repair.  Often times a small driveway repair turns into a complete installation down the road.  Most driveways that we repair are in need due to poor installation.
  This driveway here in Providence RI was falling apart.  There were cracks throughout, and the original contractor skimped on compacted stone and base coat.  Our minimum depth after install of both base coat and finish coat are 1 inch.  The previous asphalt contractor "stretched" their asphalt.  This is done when their is insignificant materials, and you need to cover a larger area.  Driveways fail quickly when this is done.

  Around the perimeter of the driveway there was not enough compacted stone used.  Without an adequate foundation a driveway cannot take the pressure of cars, plow trucks, the daily grind.  Our remedy?  First we cut out all necessary portions of the driveway.  We filled and tamped with new stone.  We then leveled the new areas to the old, and then added a new top coat.  This saved the home owner significant money, we were able to work with some of the initial installed areas, and pave over all of it to give the appearance of a completely new driveway.
